How I Can Help
Step 1
Individual Programming
You tell me your goal and I will give you a realistic timeframe to achieve it. I write 3 day programs that will get you strong, significantly improve your movement quality and train you like an athlete. I can modify these programs for any fitness level and available equipment. No excuses!
Step 2
Continued Support
I want you to try and annoy me with questions and feedback. I do video form checks every Monday and Thursday. It's like I'm right there with you. My clients love these, and you will too! Any question you have will be answered within 48 hours. If you do the work and communicate effectively, results are guaranteed.
Step 3
Holistic Perspective
Kind of a buzzword, might even turn some people off. I get it, but health is much more than fitness. A few basic principles can make a huge difference for your sleep quality, pain, stress management and energy levels. It's easy. We will start where you're ready and I'll save the Himalayan meditation for sometime in the distant future.
